Programs

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) - Classes are held daily (except Thursdays), and focus on aspects of self-defense, no-holds-barred competition, and sport / tournament BJJ competition.

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) - These classes are taught by Master Willy, and are geared towards technical progression and conditioning, as well as striking for MMA competition.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) – Our MMA team of amateur and professional fighters is coached by Jose Reyes and William Campuzano. Team trainings are held on Mondays at 9:00 PM, Fridays at 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and Saturdays at 3:00 PM.

Submission Wrestling (no-Gi BJJ) – These classes are held on Monday at 8:00 PM and Sunday at 3:00 PM.

Kickboxing - Boxing and kickboxing classes are held on Monday and Friday at 9:00 PM
